Any refund request beyond 7 days of scheduling an appointment will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. If you want to cancel the appointment due to your personal matter, at that circumstance the Website has fully authority to accept or reject the request. If the cancellation made due to our own reason, we would refund you money within 14 working days.
